Our Story

Founded in 2009 in Dallas, Texas by Adam Teckman and Alex Gerber, the two commercial real estate industry veterans saw a need to consolidate real estate maintenance services and offer to multiple large Texas markets.  The company now operates exclusively along the IH-35 corridor from San Antonio to Dallas (and all markets between).  Our clients range from small independently owned single tenant assets to large scale power centers.
